Why you can't just
buy the ticket online
Most Japanese tickets are sold by lottery (chusen), not first come, first served. You submit an entry during an application window, then wait for the result. Refreshing the page at the exact second the window opens does nothing for your odds.
Many of the best seats are allocated before the general sale. Fan club lotteries usually run first, followed by platform presales and then the general sale. For a popular artist, the general sale is often the leftovers.
Accounts are tied to Japan. Ticket sites verify a Japanese mobile number by SMS or an automated voice call. Several also need a Japanese address for delivery, and a payment method that works inside Japan.
Tickets increasingly carry your name. Name-registered tickets are checked at the door, sometimes by facial recognition entry. That is also why buying from a scalper is a bad idea: the name won't match, and you can be turned away at the gate.
The system is built around Japanese accounts, phone numbers, addresses, and payment methods.
That is why overseas fans keep hitting the same walls.

First conversation
Send us the event page or announcement and tell us which date you hope to attend. We'll identify the ticket platform, sales round, and deadline.
Getting a Japanese phone number
If the platform requires one, we handle the SIM application from start to finish on your behalf.
Registration and verification
We stay on it until your account is verified and your entry is ready. Ask us anything while it's in progress.
Submitting the lottery entry
Before the deadline, we confirm your entry was actually submitted. Then we wait for the result with you.
Payment and pickup
We pay for winning tickets at convenience stores and pick up physical tickets. If your membership includes fan club gifts, we forward those too.

What exactly do you do?
Some people only need the Japanese phone verification cleared. Others want us to enter the lottery for them as well.

Do I need my own Japanese phone number to enter a ticket lottery?
It depends on the platform. Some ask for Japanese phone verification only once, at entry or at payment. Others require it at every stage.

Ask us. Conditions vary from event to event, and deadlines that fall on the same day or the next day have still worked out before.
Do I have to be in Japan for any of this?
No. With our full service you can get the account verified before you travel, which means you can enter lotteries and buy tickets from home.
